Kite en Santa Catarina.jpgFrom a sportmans point of view, Kitesurfing is a very complete sport that uses all of the bodies muscles and simutaneously creates incredible sensations that you will not feel in any other sport.


You will use your abondonimal muscles, upper and lower back  muscles but most of all your legs which support the major part of the preassure the rider receives from the kite.

However this is not as physically demanding sport as one might think, to kitesurf you need to be fit but no more so than to play tennis, cycle or ski.

 

 

 

 

Any age is a good time to kite surf, from 8 years old to 50 years old  or even 60 years old. The limitations due to age are the same as in other more gisela.giftradtional sports such as tennis, cycling etc. And as with all other sports commen sense demands that should you suffer from phisical restricions this is not the sport for you.
